The Bourke Engine Project, L.L.C. officially became a Michigan Domestic L.L.C. on October 27, 2003. Currently, the principles in the L.L.C. are Roger Richard and Robert Zigler. It is our goal to manufacture and market the best internal combustion engine the world has ever seen. Russell Bourke built and tested several different configurations and sizes of his engine. Russell made claims in his documentary and other published articles about exhaust gas components, exhaust gas temperature, multi-fuel capability, brake-specific fuel consumption, horsepower, torque and reliability. Up until now, no one has been able to replicate Russell Bourke's results. Roger Richard has spent over 24 years building and testing a 30 cubic inch replica of Russell Bourke's engine. Some of the claims made by Russell Bourke have already been confirmed through Roger's testing. As testing continues, only documented test results will be published on this web site.
Prior to establishing this web site, Roger Richard provided information to another web site developer. This developer continues to utilize Roger's information and makes unsubstantiated claims that have not been documented by Roger. Despite written requests by Roger, the developer continues to use the materials Roger provided on this web site. If you find another web site that has Roger's prototype engine, mentions his name, has our logo picture or our video's, please understand that Roger has nothing to do with any of the unsubstantiated claims made on this site and is no longer providing any additional materials to this developer. As already stated, only documented test results will be published on this web site.
